The Kadhemia Shopping Centre concept design is a modern, multi-use project that derives inspiration from a Medan building and palm trees. It features contemporary, arabesque architecture, bringing life to the city of Baghdad.

This shopping centre design includes a VIP Restaurant, a therapeutic centre, and a roof garden, as well as a commercial, hypermarket, and bazaar suite. The project is designed to meet wants and needs of all those who visit, further offering a presidential suite. The area measures approximately 30,000m², with the commercial sector accounting for one-third of it.
