The Pardis Complex project consists of procurement of goods through the low-cost housing method, providing the community of Karaj 510 affordable housing units.

This project employs sleek Iranian architecture to capture a complex fit for low-cost housing. The Iranian house design provides a large visual appeal with white coating on the exterior, as well as horizontally-sliding windows for inhabitants to bring a breeze into the house.
